Event took place between the 2nd and 3rd storm, so its a very early on story. The Storm was confirmed to affect the entire universe or at least the solar system in this story, and is connected to the 2.4 story which is another "storm in space" related story which might be nice to re-read now cause there was a huge expositional lore dump at the start.
