clique = collectivists
the clique pretend to be individuals (posting separately from one another, avatarfagging as themselves) while the squad pretend to be a collective (frequently using terms like "we" rather than "I"), but really, every cliquenigger is on the exact same team, they all function as one unit with the exact same end goal of turning threads into their blogpost hell, while the squad seem to each pursue their own goals, cybr schizoposts, nazifag blogposts, chemo draws, chuck spams and doxxes people, etc. they just use the label of "scetic squad" to mask their intentions and deflect responsibility onto the group rather than themselves, if needed.
biggest example of this is the way chuck behaves vs the way nazifag behaves. chuck outright admits he wants to kill threads entirely and dox everyone here, meanwhile nazifag actually seems somewhat displeased with the state of threads and wishes the best for everyone here. this is in contrast to the clique's behavior, where pretty much all of them hold the same belief that threads are bad and drawfags need to seek the drawpile as a refuge from spam and drama. you'd be hard pressed to find a cliquenigger who doesn't believe this, but if you ask a squad nigger how they feel about threads and what their desire for them is you'd be hard pressed to find 2 squad niggers with the exact same answer. some hate threads, some are neutral on them, some actually like them and just wish the drawfags were less soft or that people drew less porn.
essentially this is where the squad vs clique conflict really comes from. the squad, despite the neo-nazi LARP, are really just lolberts that get pissed off at any form of overregulation, while the clique try to act as the drawthread government and regulate who is allowed to do things like join the pile or participate in collabs
