Except the most Frontiers-associated move, the Cyloop, isn't featured at all. It's a deliberate decision because the Cyloop was given to Sonic directly from The End. They're basically saying

It's a clear setting of expectations for the next open zone game. No Cyloop because no Cyberspace, but Sonic still has all these other moves from the first game.
