It is like three lines. Basically Adam and Eve's two sons offer tribute to God and God doesn't like Caine's offering because God only likes meat and Caine only gave him some gay ass vegetables. Caine gets pissed and kills Abel with a rock. He gets banished and finds a wife in another land (somehow) and becomes the ancestor of the enemies of the Israelites.
Also some Mormons think he became bigfoot for some reason.
