With current free local tech there are two main problems to make a film: character consistency and sound synch. For the first issue you need to train models (lora) for each character. Sound is a different matter, even if there are lipp synching models, they don't look that great. I know a lot of people don't care to read, but I think I can put together a silent movie just by myself. It's going to be a lot of work. This is how I want it to look.

This board needs bigger file sizes for longer videos. If there is a Local Diffusion Video General, it has to be created in /wsg/.
