The healthiest thing to do for all the foaming at the mouth nay-sayers, and the anti American " Twump regwet " lie-posters on the internet, is to just breathe. And try to find a way to move through it. Sometimes, it tastes yucky to have to take your medicine so that you can heal, but we will all be better for it in the end.
