Yes the new Shartship rockets keep failing but those are just prototypes for a new model. They aren't used for launches yet.
His smaller, older Falcon rockets launch stuff into space all the time without fail. He has tens of thousands of satellites in space right now and virtually all launches world wide are done by him.
