One of the comments said at 23 seconds in to the video they dropped the flag for the photo, was it hanging from that lift to the left?

The camera is moving, so it's difficult to see if it's the perspective change or the flag dropping, but it sure looks like the flag was dropping from some random heavy equipment in the middle of the venue.
