I think we’re done here, little hedgehog.

Sonic, weakened and unable to react fast enough, is slammed into the ground, his Super Sonic form flickering as the life is drained from him by the sheer force of Goku’s assault.

SONIC
(gritting his teeth, voice barely a whisper)
This... isn’t... over...

Goku laughs maniacally, walking toward Sonic with horrific intent. He grabs Sonic by the throat and slams him into the ground, the earth shaking beneath them.

GOKU
(voice dark, insane)
Oh, but it is, Sonic. This is the end.

With a final, devastating Ki blast aimed directly at Sonic’s chest, Goku pulls the trigger. The green blast erupts from his hand, engulfing Sonic entirely in a blinding flash. The explosion echoes across the battlefield, leaving only a smoking crater where Sonic once stood.

GOKU
(panting, smiling like a madman)
What a rush. I love it when they don’t fight back.

Sonic’s body, broken and burned, lies motionless in the crater, his once-glowing energy now gone. His eyes remain closed, and the battlefield is still.

WINNER: SON GOKU (UNHINGED)

The wind stirs around the ruinous battlefield, and Goku’s form stands alone, his chest rising and falling with each manic breath. His smile is twisted, like someone who has tasted the thrill of battle and gone beyond the point of no return.

GOKU
(looking down at Sonic’s defeated form, his voice eerily calm)
That was fun, Sonic. But you... you couldn’t keep up with me.
