The whole of 4chan was blown offf the rails a few weeks ago and the developers/owners were forced into the position of essentially writing the website from scratch, ground up.
It would have been a perfect time to lift the limits on the threads to allow for such an endeavor as longer threads, but alas, these changes were not applied.
The quality of the genners raises and falls from the day to day. Sometimes you have try hards, sometimes you have sloppers. But I think it would be found as standard now that if you were lookng for non-slop quality of renders, you'd go looking elsewhere. The very nature of /b/ surrounds us in filth, so natureally as the wind blows, it'll be that caked up into the corners. There are other Ai homes, but i hear they do not have the same kind of traffic as we do here.
