It really depends to me on Fujimoto's intentions for Conquest. I think he sincerely just intended it to be a family relationship. An awkward one due to Denji's past with Makima, but still.
Also I do think Yoru is fine with sharing Denji with Asa. She often speaks of herself as just Asa's "other personality", and sometimes as "we". And openly acknowledges that Asa likes Denji, and doesn't seem bothered by it.
It's more like Asa just struggles to open up so it's mostly left up to Yoru to pursue that relationship.
Yoru's perspective on their whole deal has always been a bit different than Asa's since she can read Asa's thoughts and emotions.
