atleast the Dark Eldar and the Slaaneshi factions "let" you die (more like accidentally kill you because they got too into it) but Nurgle will do all he can to keep you alive in eternal unending agony as your body is mutilated and defiled by every imaginable disease and parasite until you give your soul to him so he can continue the torture for the rest of eternity in his garden.
