This is such a perfect petrification picture. Timeless, fittingly enough. She looks so expressive and full of life, yet the plants and cracks make it clear she's been a rock for ages.
What sort of thoughts do anons prefer their statues to have? Are they conscious or unconscious?
If it's the former, are there any qualifiers to that? Is her consciousness dim and dream-like or forcibly kept sharp and sane? Has she begun to think like a statue, whatever that means? What kind of senses does she have? Can she see, hear, feel?
If it's the latter, is she being kept asleep or in stasis until the petrification is reversed, if such a thing ever happens? Or is she just gone completely, a truly mindless statue? How did she lose her mind? Was it a gradual thing as and after she transformed, did it fade with time, or did she vanish the moment she turned to stone?
Or would you prefer not to know and leave it ambiguous? A conscious and unconscious statue are identical, who cares what they think, if they even think at all?
