I don't give a rats ass for Hakeem, but it will be hilarious to see Trump Seethe if Hakeem keeps filibustering until after July 4th so Trump can't sign the bill tomorrow like he wants—and yes, it's not technically a filibuster but it has the same effect. It will be gloriously hilarious. We should all want this purely for the lulz.
