The oft overlooked part of this is what comes after artificial wombs. Genetic editing in the womb. I imagine once the robowives go mainstream that no guy is going to want to birth another femoid into the world. The first thing they'll do after assuring the child is born healthy will be to make sure it's male. It'll become so common it'll eventually be the default settings. Actual women will go extinct and society will launch forward.

We'll probably also have alot of femboys too since we'll have full control over our own appearence, and since robots won't get jealous there will probably be alot of gay sex with those. Probably alot of 3 or 4-somes with both of their robowives too.
