This morning I had a half block of raw tofu and broccoli with onions sauce out of laziness
Then a few hours later some nonfat yogurt and stevia with some coconut flakes
Then I was still hungry so I had a quesadilla, like two of those itty bitty corn tortillas and a slice of American cheese you know
Then my mom asked me to make rice for dinner so I made us chicken and rice. So like half of a bag of mahatma rice with onion pepper and chicken breast
I was still hungry so I had a bowl of frozen peas
Still hungry so I had a few spoonfuls of nonfat yogurt with honey
Regretful day, I should go do my workout and actually plan for tomorrow
