I've actually adjusted my malera's height to less than it is ingame (100 btw ladies) just to make gposes work. I've also had issues posing femezen hands near their faces because of the sheer face-to-hand ratio.
Malera x Smaller race hand-stuff I suggest palm-to-palm or smaller race holding malera's pinky or something whatever I'm no genius
