The visions at the start of the video are a what-if scenario, when Irontomb breaks out of his shell (Amphoreus) he will seek out to destroy erudition and possibly bring back the anti-organic equation, this will cause a domino effect killing millions of planets and systems.
This is the plan at least, they hope that Phainon (Irontomb) will actually come out of the Simulation wanting to kill Nous, they also speak of the trailblazer (Akivili reborn) and how they might impact the plans but they kinda dismiss it.
