The contractor who is building the Aligator Alcatraz has received $80 million in funding for staffing what is essentially a large plastic tent in the woods. The place cost $450 million to build.

When you try to look into who owns and operates the company you get a 404. Upon further investigation there seem to be shady glowies running multiple government style contractors behind the company but I can't look into all alone.

I suspect they are syphoning a large portion of the BBB funding towards Black Ops
