You should have to get a license to own a dog. You should have to have a good reason to own a dog. Humans should not be allowed around any sort of pet unless absolutely necessary, they aren’t toys. Kids tend to destroy toys, it’s a natural tendency they have. I hate the stupid pet owners of this planet, I hate their loud dogs.
