this photo is taken almost directly from above and does not have enough of an angle to distort the perspective of it, yet the right arm (specifically the length of the forearm) is so long it would reach her kneecap if she were standing up, arms by her side. As you can see in the attached image, her arms do not extend that far. There is also the angle and position the wrist would have to be in order to be placed there. Unless she broke her wrist and detached it when the photo was taken.
Ai often renders mistakes when there is something covering a part of a limb. In this case, the thigh is covering a part of her lower arm and wrist area and the ai has rendering that part at comically long lentgh and as well as incorrectly rendering the location of her fingers too far towards the center of the body relative to the rest of the arm.
This image has also elements of airbrushing, One example is the lighting and detail on the the upper abdomen and lower rib area.
Im not going into detail about all the others. So do not bother asking.
