At risk of causing a meltdown, but I actually think the topic of her personal pronouns is interesting in her context.

She has always referred to herself as a collective and not with female pronouns, so it's likely she doesn't necessarily perceive her as female. Her naturally being inclined to refer to herself as "us" implies she experiences her own conciousness as many internal individual selves, likely literally every one of the 10s of thousands of individual unborn childrens souls she's made of, and she just has to interpret those into actions based on their collective thoughts.
