Reboot and Rock 'n Roll are fine and are native ports, some people think they're bare-bones but I think they're perfectly serviceable.
Cotton 2 and Boomerang are the shit ports, some people have said they've been fixed but IMO you're better off just pirating the Saturn versions and using Mednafen, Saturn Tribute isn't in English despite a translation patch being out for years.
