Go to the store and just by like 10 heads of broccoli, cook it up anytime you get a craving. Cut out the junk food entirely, cut back on everything else, and gorge yourself on cruciferous veggies. You don't need to count calories or restrict your eating window I guarantee you won't be eating a caloric surplus of broccoli even if you were trying to. You still want a lean protein source, that can be whatever you want for varieties sake, skinless chicken breast, tuna, yogurt, whatever, but you need to keep that under control, you can overeat protein pretty easy if you're just constantly stuffing your face with it, its the fibrous veggies which are impossible to overeat so load up on them.
