We have no idea if it would benefit her health to lose weight. Why assume she's anorexic? Thats so unlikely and so extremely rare. Anorexics barely exist in the US.

Literally all of that is wrong unless you train hardcore for time loss and you buy a ton of supplements and clothing and equipment for money. Just losing fat saces you every metric.
