Its a mix of autism and katakana being the one part of jap I've been slacking off in.
Hiragana is piss easy, and I feel comfortable with a decent number of kanji at this point.
But the moment some kata is used I go brain dead and I usually have to sound out what I'm reading to get it.
This was the last sfx that made me feel like a autistic retard and I still hate how long it took me to figure out what it was
