KAMI6 not only managed to heal the wound left by SFV but to reinstate SF as the defacto ruler of the FGC like KAMI4 was, this despite the decade-long of astroturfing of propaganda done by tekkucks, Harada, SpicNK and Arcsisters, salivating at the idea of SF’s death.

SFV was a toddler game designed by CapcomUSA from the ground up to be babyfood. SF6 scrapped it entirely and that’s why jivers are obsessed, they wasted 8 years damage controlling FlopV being their first fighting game but Capcom not only didn’t add any mechanic from it in KAMI6 but publicly apologized for how much of a shitstain on the franchise it is.
