I just managed a sub 50 10k, and I'm feeling pretty good about it. This was my goal for the last month, so I feel like I lost a lot of my fire. Is a sub 45 doable for a 30 yo who just started running?

I'm not even sure if I am training or jogging completely right, I just learned about pulling my head and shoulders back and "push back" if that makes sense, which did wonders for my long distance endurance.

Any tips on how to progress, bros?
