Absolutely NOT any form of GPT. Haven't tried to RP with it yet but it's the first model I've tried that refuses to even answer my usual cutoff test question. After 5 minutes with it I think I can safely conclude that it's unusable garbage for all purposes, and the OR discord seems to agree (they speculate it's an Amazon model).
