SALMON BOWL:
1 salmon patty (costco)
3 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups raw broccoli, riced
few cracks of ground black pepper
dash of yellow mustard powder
dash of garlic salt
1/2 medium carrot, shredded
1 medium corn on cob
2 fried or poached egg (i did fried [yes i know it's overcooked] cause i'm hesitant about fucking up poached)
1/3 red onion
1.5 tbsp crunchy onion (the stuff you put on green bean casserole)
1/2 tsp white pepper
lemon rind shavings
1 jalapeno
10 shelled peanuts
DRESSING:
dash of red wine vinegar
dash of sriracha
2 tbsp feta cheese
1 tsp onions sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tsp greek yogurt
2 servings; 475 each total
