I legit do not do ANY of those things in public. I hate getting my belongings dirty, so I don't want to touch them when I'm out and about touching door handles and other gross things. My electronics always stay at home (including my primary phone). On occasion if I'm away for awhile I'll take a cheapo $30 phone with me for emergencies, but even then I barely touch it.
I genuinely cannot comprehend how people can go gallivanting about in the world touching all the disgusting germ-infested things as everyone else without a thought crossing their mind. The second I open a door while I'm out of the house, I automatically have it in my mind that I cannot touch my face of any other part of my body that would be susceptible to germs until I wash my hands. I always wash my hands for at least a full minute with plentiful soap before touching my dick if I'm peeing in a public toilet. Taking a shit in a public toilet is completely off the table unless I can scrub it clean with rubbing alcohol and lots of paper towels + soap which is impossible unless it's a private 1-person public bathroom. Of course I always put toilet paper on the seat even after this cleaning process is complete.
Sometimes the easiest way to manage is by bringing multiple pairs of latex gloves with me that I can repeatedly dispose of after every dirty thing I touch, but it gets annoying to carry all that shit around and it increases the risk that I'll neglect washing my hands enough.
