It's not an unrealistic thing to lift that much weight if you've stuck with (and by that I mean youre honest with yourself about how much time and effort you spend in the gym every week) a serious workout program for a couple years.
If benching 3pl8 for reps is something you want to do, studiously following a science-based, strength oriented workout program will get you there in a year or three at most, even if you're skeletal right now.
Your diet, sleep hygiene, ability to minimize alcohol or drug consumption, natty status, and overall motivation/social support at your gym will be the factors that change how long it actually takes.
