Yes. The jetstream and natural pressure lows could send that smoke all the way down the mid and eastward. Metropolitian pollution and smog can aggregate to make it displeasant to Fuha's even if the smoke is dithered. As far as Meow remembers. coast people can get it the easiest but you got to live in like North NH/Maine or further to get the best of the less.
