Storm Collectibles Golden Axe Dragons work great with Legions, both as mounts and as general monsters with their gear removed. The human skeletons also work well if you can't get your hands on the basic 4H official ones.

Hasbro put out a handful of D&D monsters that also work great, the owl bears and Displacer Beast are great figures, and usually pretty cheap. The Beholder is honestly kind of disappointing as a toy, but works great as a set piece. There's also some random Marvel Legends monsters and larger figures like Surtr and Man-Thing can work as well.

McFarlane has a few decent monsters and big figures, the Witcher Ice Giant or Spawn Mega Violator are good. Sperm dragon joker could work too if you don't find the design too goofy, and if you can hunt em down they put out a pair of wyverns from the fortnite line in both ice and fire flavoring that are awkward but still cool looking.

Some random other figures are the Maestro Union Furay Planet figures, Xesray has a line of Minotaurs and other similar half beasts, Metytoyz put out a few Werebears, Loose Collectors also dropped some *giant* Werewolves and funny enough, NECA Gargoyle's Bronx works too.

Schleich Eldrador line makes some pretty nasty looking fantasy bugs too, but they're mostly in articulate. But the Lava Scorpion and Shadow Worm are both excellent choices and just bad ass looking little creepy crawlers.

I'm sure there's more examples, but these are the ones off the top of my head and a quick glance around my room. I was avoiding more humanoid type monster-men figures like saurians and trying to think more along the lines of random encounter wild beast type creatures, so hopefully there's some suggestions there that can help you find some cool fiends for your legions to do battle with.
