1. The US is a highly inflationary environment due to the massive abundance of (mostly fictional but spendable) fiat currency.
2. 55 years of deindustrialisation.
The only way he could reindustrialize the US is with full automation and free energy.
It's absolutely impossible to reindustrialise the US under capitalism and for financial profit. Except with free energy and full automation.
