It's not called "döner" anymore but "wickelfleischtasch" which roughly means "wrapped meat pocket" - so pretty matter-of-fact
I like toasted bread with some grilled meat, vegetables and a tasty sauce to tie it together, it's a tasty food that isn't completely unhealthy
