i don't know why SMT3/Amala needs to be such a pain in the ass. It's one thing to cut you off from the last section of the dungeon if it's past 50 days. It's another thing to require that it be your FIRST ending in a run. And then it's another thing entirely to put 50 roadblocks in front of that ending which, again, must be the first one.

that being said; the JP wiki says I apparently need to get to "rank B" in the arena to unlock the 4 entire days worth of colosseum battles (as I already have the fame) to continue progressing in amala. Is this colosseum battle i've highlighted, which I have done at least 3 variations of so far, the thing that I need to do? i'm not at risk of these one-a-day colosseum battles causing me to go past 50 days (yet), but i'm getting close to the point where i'm running out of dungeons i can explore without triggering some other ending. because, again, amala needs to be first for some reason.
