I made her years ago in Pony Town then completely forgot about her until somewhat recently, I didn't even think of a name until then too. I'm thinking I could name her Phony Phonic, but I'm not 100% sure still
Design-wise she's kind of a ripoff of Toshiko Koshijima from CAPSULE, at least the Toshiko from vid related https://youtu.be/-CEiR2CVYEY
Her backstory is that her parents own a diner in Ponyville, and from an early age she discovered that she had a knack for singing, and as the years went by and she grew older, she refined that skill, and now she works in her family business as a live singer doing karaoke covers of songs she likes, or songs she knows that the customers there want her to sing
