Great cashout damage if your opponent reversals on block
Great neutral skip in burn knuckle
Pretty ignorant burnout loop (but vulnerable to air invincible moves)
Good corner carry (but expensive)

As for downsides, his biggest flaw is that he doesn't have a good cancellable heavy for neutral, which means all his big conversions are expensive because you'll be DRCing a medium usually
