most girls doing the e-girl aesthetics are legitimately beautiful and I don't think it truly fits most people the best
I don't mind seeing it occasionally as like a photo set or whatever and I do get in there is something extremely raunchy and fuckable about it but some of these girls have lived like this for years now and I immediately take more interest in someone at this point if they just have a more nuanced look even if its significantly more "plain"
I understand poki specifically was never truly an e-girl in the way I'm talking about but she did borrow from it quite a bit and tried to play on that faux innocence style and like I said I really don't think that actually fits anyone best unless you just want to pander to coomers
