The reality of this game's raiding scene, and the reality of all MMOs in general, is an extremely depressing one that will never change

People who play mmos and engage in online social-club spaces are losers. below-average performers in the real world who are drawn to these dystopian tools as a means of generating simulated achievement and social interaction signals in their brains.
The difficulty level in FFXIV is extraordinarily low. This is a game designed so retards, women, and the elderly can complete all the hardest content in the game given enough time.
Combining these 2 elements creates a space where you have these miserable, pathetic fags, the vast majority of whom struggle to complete the aforementioned mind-numbingly easy "hard" content, desperately trying to enforce a narrative about the content that validates their own delusional cave reality where they have some sort of superiority to others based on their non-abilities.
Add in a majority population of failed young men, rejected by women in their lives and without respect or community from their fellow men, and you have the vicious and petty possessiveness and competitiveness poorly regulated testosterone creates in a poorly maintained brain the same type of brain that leads to men abusing their wives and children elevating this situation to absurd heights.

tldr; the game is easy, and raiders who think the game isn't are just fags
