There are hierarchies which are naturally occuring. Enforcing artificial hierarchies (fuedalism) or denying the existence of natural hierarchies (communism) are both wrong. And anarcho capitalism is just fuedalism with extra steps. A small degree of government is necessary to enforce contracts, to protect negative rights, and to provide for collective defense (which is the same as protecting negative rights, with extra steps).
