Alex, FA Alex, Alex CA, Titania, Tristan (720 RPM!), Silver Haze Kai and Messers all have incredible gatling guns. Sure, in the case of the first four they're tiny and arm-mounted, and for the Messer it's integrated as a phalanx gun into the shield, but they're still move-while-fire gatlings.
Not all Goufs have the gatling gun. It's only the Custom and Flight Type, the latter of which is actually a good suit.

More suits that include some form of super fast, bullet hose similar to a gatling:
>Xeku Eins General (belt-fed rifle, and Xeku Zwei has all their weapons)
>any suit with 600 RPM vulcans, like Barzam and Unicorn suits
>Heavy Gundam 450 and I0 600 both have a great gatling gun
>Unicorn Gundam Awakened (2 of them, if you don't remove limiter, it's run-and-gun) and FA Unicorn (4 of them! same as wokecorn)
>EWAC Nero's GM Rifle is 630 RPM, not a gatling but it's a fucking hose alright
>White Rider, and its 'successors' (Pale Rider Cavalry and D2) have gatling guns as their main weapon
>FA Slave Wraith has a gatling gun, but I can't remember if it's stop-to-fire
>Dom Barrage. Best one.
>Dra-C Custom and Heavy both have access to a 10% stagger gatling, Dom Gnomides gets the worse one sadly
>both Gigans have gatlings, but it's kinda shit
>Gundam EX has a powerful gatling on its shoulder, doesn't stagger for shit though
