phone calls are easy anon you can do it!
they are super scary at first but eventually they become a nothing
what is the worst thing which could happen? just write down whatever info you need to tell them beforehand so you don't forget it or get it wrong and then call them!
they are making a phone call too and i imagine it's their job to do it
