Milky's had a couple 3D models. A really old one of her older design and then a newer one which she apparently wasn't happy with so that's why she hasn't done 3D in a long time, she's been waiting for a better one. Though she does monthly VRChat meetups with her Patreon patrons, not sure what she uses there
