I think it's deliberately ambiguous. This whole thing about being honest was about being honest with yourself, not with others. Becky wasn't exactly trying to get Anya to go talk to Damian, just to be "honest" with herself. When Anya poses the same to Yor, it's the same issue. When Yor puts her hand over her heart and thinks about it, she admits that Anya is right. She's lying to herself.
When she's saying that she's not a good girl, it's paired with internal dialogue saying that she's not the type of person that can live a normal life. This also follows right after McMahon saying others would see their work as dirty and Yor not disagreeing with him. She doesn't even seem to think that's unreasonable.
I don't think Yor thinks she's a bad person, but I don't think she thinks she's an angel either. She's been very introspective this arc, especially about her place in the world, what she wants for herself, and what of that is and isn't appropriate for her to desire.
