I wonder how good this thing is. according to the desciption it's +10% crit rate and +10 clip

it also cycles through buffs every 4 seconds and has a chance of giving +50% FP, +50% crit rate, 50hp shield, +50 armor(???), or 50 evasion.
if she's reloading the buff will always be defensive.
wonder how this translates to actual additional DPS
