The FEV Virus-ChatGPT went mad back on Earth once the meteor hit and is playing around with the remaining copies too. But any of those copies that aren't in denial of what they are (Simon, Cat) are forced to live in underwater hell. Grim all around.
Honestly if I was Simon 2 and figured out what was up, I'd just let Akers hook me up to the Wau dream. If Simon 3, maybe see if I can stumble my way into the space gun and check out Omega/the surface before my battery runs out.
