I have a turbonoob question. Why do guides like https://game8.co/games/Genshin-Impact/archives/314347 not recommed ATK% for Hu Tao? Instead it recommends stacking crit%, crit DMG and HP%. I thought ATK% would be a good stat for any main DPS character. Does she somehow scale much harder with pure crit%, crit DMG and even HP% than ATK%?
