What utter nonsense. I have a cartridge dumper and my dumps all match every hash of the ones available online. The dumper even performs a CRC check against a database for some of it's supported systems to make sure it dumped it right. I have even used those dumps for romhacks and they all pass the CRC check for the patch formats/programs that support doing that.
